The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for versatility in warehouses that accommodate a diverse range of product types. Each pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection and ensuring even layer thickness for superior durability in a warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement, with a damage and tamper-proof design to prevent disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step in the orange pallet rack beams allows for the accommodation of wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is straightforward, and these bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
