The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types and include two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates enable easy anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and resilience against the wear and tear of warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, protecting against accidental beam displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is easy and simple, and these bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are RMI certified.
