The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for versatility in warehouses handling various product types. Each pre-configured kit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, made from high-strength steel and quality raw materials. The uprights feature tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process, providing anti-corrosion protection and a uniform layer thickness, enhancing durability against wear and tear in a warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks for security against accidental displacement, ensuring a damage and tamper-proof design. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams enables the accommodation of wire decking and other accessories, promoting easy assembly. These add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
