The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and enhanced durability against wear and tear in warehouse environments. Orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks to prevent accidental beam displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures disengagement is avoided during use. The 1 - 5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, promoting easy assembly.
