The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for versatility in warehouses with a variety of product types. The pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and durability against wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures safe use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. Assembly is straightforward.
