The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. Each pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column enable shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear and tear in the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures secure engagement during use, and the 1 - 5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories. These bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) and are designed for easy and simple assembly.
