The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that handle a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which offers anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and effective wear and tear resistance in a warehouse environment. Orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, preventing accidental beam displacement. The piston lock system is damage and tamper-proof, ensuring secure operation during use. The 1-5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The units are designed for easy and simple assembly and are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
