This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. The tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment in 2-inch increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing numerous advantages, including anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and resilience against everyday wear and tear in warehouse settings. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks into place, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This piston lock system is both damage and tamper-proof, ensuring secure engagement during use. The 1 - 5/8-inch step in the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories for added functionality. Assembly is straightforward and simple.
