The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses handling a diverse range of product types. Each easy-to-order, pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustments at 2-inch increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These bolted pallet rack units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and enhanced durability against the wear and tear of the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use, while the 1-5/8-inch step within the beams allows for compatibility with wire decking and other accessories. Assembly is straightforward, and the units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
