The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units offer versatility for warehouses with diverse product types, featuring an easy-to-order and pre-configured starter unit that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allowing for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process incorporating electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and enhanced durability against everyday wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures secure disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, ensuring easy and simple assembly.
