The Interlake Mecalux Assembled Selective Bolted Pallet Starter Units provide versatility for warehouses that handle a diverse range of product types. Each pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which offers anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and robust protection against wear and tear typical in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories.
