The Mezzanine-level Pivot Gate is designed to maintain fall protection during the loading and unloading of materials on elevated platforms, featuring OSHA-compliant railing with a toe kick and railings that pivot around pallets. It is of standard size for 1 pallet and is ideal for providing safe access for factory and warehouse workers responsible for handling pallets on mezzanine floors or raised surfaces. Constructed from gray pipe and fittings, these gates address safety concerns associated with moving pallets, effectively separating workers from hazards. The pallet gates seamlessly integrate into both new and existing guardrails or barriers, ensuring continuous protection during material movement. The Kee Pivot® mezzanine safety gates are available in five configurations, offering flexibility for additional width, depth, or a combination of both. They are constructed using Kee Klamp® fittings, allowing for easy replacement of individual fittings if damage occurs, as they contain no welded parts. Available in galvanized steel or aluminum to meet specific requirements, these gates are designed for low maintenance with minimal moving parts and are supplied part-assembled for quick on-site installation. The standard pallet gate accommodates loads of 1.48m wide by 1-5/8m high, with an option for a tall load pallet gate.
