The Mezzanine-level pivot gate is designed to maintain fall protection while loading and unloading materials on elevated platforms, featuring an OSHA-compliant railing with a toe kick and pivoting railings that accommodate double width for two pallets. This safety gate is specifically intended for use by factory and warehouse workers responsible for handling pallets on mezzanine floors or raised working surfaces. Constructed from gray pipe and fittings, the Kee Pivot® pallet gates provide a reliable solution to eliminate safety hazards associated with moving pallets, ensuring workers remain separated from potential falls. The gates can seamlessly integrate into existing guardrails or barriers, providing continuous safety during material handling. Available in five configurations, the Kee Pivot® mezzanine safety gates offer flexibility in width and depth, while their durable design includes Kee Klamp® fittings that allow for easy replacement of damaged parts, as they contain no welded sections. The gates can be supplied in galvanized steel or aluminum, featuring minimal moving parts for low maintenance, and are designed for quick on-site installation with part assembly included. Options include a standard pallet gate for loads measuring 1.48 m wide by 1.625 m high, as well as a tall load pallet gate to accommodate varying operational needs.
