The Mezzanine-level pivot gate provides fall protection while loading and unloading materials on elevated platforms, consisting of OSHA-compliant railing with toe kick and railings that pivot around pallets. It is designed to accommodate a full size for 4 pallets, ensuring safe access for factory and warehouse workers dealing with pallet transport on mezzanine floors or raised surfaces. Constructed from gray pipe and fittings, the Kee Pivot® pallet gates are aimed at enhancing safety by preventing falls from height, thereby ensuring workers remain separated from hazards during operation. The gates fit seamlessly into new or existing guardrails or barriers, offering continuous protection. They are available in five configurations to allow flexibility in width and depth, and feature an easy maintenance design with Kee Klamp® fittings that can be conveniently replaced if damaged. The gates are also available in either galvanized steel or aluminum to meet specific requirements, and their low maintenance design features minimal moving parts. Moreover, they come part assembled for quick on-site installation. The standard pallet gate accommodates loads with dimensions of 1.48m wide by 1-5/8m high, while a tall load pallet gate option is also available.
