The Mezzanine-level pivot gate is designed to maintain fall protection while loading and unloading materials on elevated platforms, consisting of OSHA-compliant railing with a toe kick and pivoting railings around pallets, with double depth for accommodating two pallets. It provides safe access for factory and warehouse workers handling pallets on mezzanine floors or raised surfaces, constructed from gray pipe and fittings to enhance safety by preventing falls during pallet movement. The Kee Pivot® pallet gates offer seamless integration into new or existing guardrails, ensuring continuous protection. Available in five configurations, these gates provide flexibility for varying width and depth requirements. Fabricated using Kee Klamp® fittings, they allow for easy maintenance and quick repairs without welded parts, promoting operational continuity. The gates can be constructed from either galvanized steel or aluminum based on specific needs, featuring a low maintenance design with minimal moving parts, and are supplied part-assembled for quick onsite installation. Options include a standard pallet gate suitable for loads measuring 1.48m wide by 1-5/8m high, as well as a tall load pallet gate.
