The Kohler® Command Pro® is a commercial, 4-cycle, gasoline engine featuring an overhead valve (OHV) design, a cast iron cylinder liner, and an aluminum block, making it ideal for professional-grade power and performance. This engine includes a Quad-Clean™ All-Season Four-Stage Cyclonic Air Filter, ensuring effective engine protection in tough conditions. It is equipped with a large-capacity metal fuel tank that reduces downtime, and it offers easy repowering options without the need for expensive modifications. Key features include a heavy-duty cyclonic air cleaner, a built-in warm-air system for winter operation, an electronic ignition system, a large-capacity muffler with a heat shield and spark arrestor, and increased displacement for enhanced performance. The engine is CARB Tier 3 certified and incorporates a balance shaft, dual ball bearings, a steel-forged and hardened crankshaft, and features such as dual oil fills and drains, an automatic low oil engine shutdown system, a Stellite®-faced exhaust valve, a carbon canister fuel cap, and a water trap to separate moisture in the fuel.
