The system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric made of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Its seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable electrical continuity between panels. The garment is available in size M, is navy blue in color, and is reusable and launderable, promoting product circularity. It conforms to ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (class 1000) and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 standards, with footwear resistive characterization.
