ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel wear is designed for mobile users in controlled environments. The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system protects the controlled environment from the number one source of contamination and static found in cleanrooms: people. The garment is made from TX4000 ESD grid fabric, consisting of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, and features raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Seams are sewn with conductive threads and include grounding tape for reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment size is XL, it is reusable and launderable, and is available in white. It complies with ISO cleanroom standards ISO 6 (Class 1000) and meets the criteria for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1 footwear. The piece also has resistive characterization and an inseam length of 32 inches.
