The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing protection against static and contamination, which are major sources of issues in cleanrooms. The system includes garments made from TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, featuring raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size 2XL, grey in color, and has an inseam length of 33-1/2 inches. It is reusable and launderable, compliant with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 6, Class 1000), and meets the necessary standards for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, ensuring footwear resistive characterization as well.
