The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination and static, which are primarily caused by people. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, along with raglan sleeves and ESD knit cuffs for optimal body contact. It includes a military collar and a zipper closure with snaps to facilitate easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size 5XL and is designed for product circularity, being reusable and launderable. It is navy blue in color and conforms to ISO cleanroom standards of ISO 6 (Class 1000), while also meeting the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1. The footwear resistive characterization and a 30" inseam length further enhance its functionality within controlled environments.
