The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is an ESD-safe integrated cleanroom apparel designed for mobile users in controlled environments, effectively protecting these environments from contamination and static generated by personnel, which is the primary source of such issues. The garment features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. Its seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The size of the garment is L, and it is launderable and reusable, available in navy blue. The TX4000 system is compliant with ISO cleanroom standards ISO 6 (Class 1000) and meets the requirements for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, with footwear resistive characterization. The inseam length is 30-3/4 inches.
