The Transforming Technologies TX4000 ESD cleanroom garment system is designed for mobile users in controlled environments, providing protection against the primary source of contamination and static: people. This system features TX4000 ESD grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, raglan sleeves with ESD knit cuffs for body contact, a military collar, and a zipper closure with snaps for easy gowning. The seams are sewn with conductive threads and grounding tape to ensure reliable panel-to-panel electrical continuity. The garment is available in size 3XL and comes in white, with an inseam length of 29-1/4". It is reusable and launderable, suitable for ISO cleanroom environments classified as ISO 6 (Class 1000), and meets the standards required for ANSI/ESD S20.20 and STM9.1, including footwear resistive characterization.
