The W-Series extra wide automatic sealers are specifically designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, with the W-1205AAA model capable of sealing materials up to 47" wide and 15 mil total thickness. This unit features a plug-in transistorized circuit board for control, alongside an electronic timer and electromagnet, ensuring consistent seals once the correct settings are established. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes two heating elements. The sealer offers dual mode operation, allowing for automatic or manual use. In automatic operation, users can set the control to auto, adjusting the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time, while in manual mode, the operator can engage the sealing bar using a foot switch, which allows both hands to remain free. Key features include three separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time to produce consistent seals, an electric foot switch, a worktable, and two electromagnets to ensure stable pressure for the extra-wide seal bars. The seal length is 47" (1200 mm) with a seal width of 5 mm.
