The HR-MV980ZQ is a high-quality stainless steel horizontal band sealer designed with a nozzle type vacuum device, capable of removing excess air from bags or performing gas flush, though it cannot do both simultaneously. This sealer features a 1/3-HP pump, a sealing width of 10mm, and a durable stainless steel construction that ensures longevity. It is user-friendly and requires minimal operator training, with a fast warm-up time and a tilting seal head that can tilt up to 30 degrees. The unit includes a solid state digital temperature controller to maintain the seal bars at the proper temperature for consistent seal quality and a motorized rubber conveyor for speed control. It incorporates knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and employs a sealing method that combines constant/direct heat with a pair of cooling and heating blocks. The machine is capable of sealing various materials, including PE, PP, and aluminum foil bags, and accommodates vacuum and gas flush packaging, although not simultaneously.
