The W-Series direct heat sealers are engineered for sealing a diverse array of thermoplastic materials with high precision and efficiency, capable of handling materials such as coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, and poly-nylon, with a maximum sealing width of 18 inches and a total thickness of 20 mils. These sealers are equipped with a German-manufactured thermostat providing precise temperature control from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C), and the simultaneous heating of both jaws ensures optimal heat penetration for thicker materials. Designed for versatility, the sealers feature an adjustable work table and a standard 26" pedestal stand for a stable, ergonomic setup. Safety is prioritized with protector bars around the jaws. Operation is straightforward; simply set the desired temperature on the controller for your material, insert the material between the sealing bars, and activate sealing by pressing down on the footboard.
