The AVP series heat sealers are engineered for heavy-duty applications, featuring a minimalist design that eliminates visible controls to provide an expansive work surface for sealing products. This unit integrates side-mounted heat and cool timers on a rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis, regulating critical seal parameters to achieve airtight and watertight seals. A steel encased footswitch allows for hands-free operation, and similar to the AVN, AVS, and CAV units, the AVP units only activate the impulse once the upper and lower jaws completely meet, ensuring operator safety and maintaining seal integrity. The pressure bar is made of powder-coated aluminum, and an optional work tray (available for units up to 35") enhances bag positioning between the seal jaws for improved control. All impulse sealers within this series require an external air compressor with a specification of 6 CFM at 100 PSI. The AVP series also includes a two-year warranty, making it a reliable choice for demanding sealing needs.
