Introducing our top-of-the-line W-Series direct heat sealers, designed to seal a wide range of thermoplastic materials with precision and efficiency. These sealers handle various materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and even thicker options. Please note that while these sealers can tackle a multitude of materials, they are not suitable for sealing polyethylene. With the capacity to seal materials up to an impressive 18 inches in width and 20 mils in total thickness, our W-Series sealers boast a German-manufactured thermostat, ensuring precise temperature control from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C). The simultaneous heating of both jaws ensures excellent heat penetration, especially when sealing thicker materials. Our direct heat sealers feature an adjustable work table to accommodate various sealing projects and a standard 26" pedestal stand for a sturdy and ergonomic setup. Safety is paramount, as our W-Series sealers come equipped with protector bars around the jaws, ensuring maximum protection. Operating our W-Series sealers is simple; just set the desired temperature on the temperature controller based on your material's requirements, insert the material between the two sealing bars, and press down on the footboard to activate sealing. These sealers include PTFE coated jaws and are designed for standing operation, providing ease of use and efficiency.
