Introducing our top-of-the-line W-Series direct heat sealers, designed to seal a wide range of thermoplastic materials with precision and efficiency. These sealers handle various materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and thicker options, but are not suitable for sealing polyethylene. With the capacity to seal materials up to 18 inches in width and 20 mils in total thickness, our W-Series sealers boast a German-manufactured thermostat, ensuring precise temperature control from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C). The simultaneous heating of both jaws ensures excellent heat penetration, especially when sealing thicker materials. The direct heat sealers feature an adjustable work table for various sealing projects and a standard 26" pedestal stand for a sturdy and ergonomic setup. Safety is paramount, which is why W-Series sealers come equipped with protector bars around the jaws. The sealers are easy to operate; simply set the desired temperature on the temperature controller based on your material's requirements, insert the material between the two sealing bars, and press down on the footboard to activate sealing. Key features include PTFE coated jaws and standing operation, making it a practical choice for your sealing needs.
