Introducing our top-of-the-line W-Series direct heat sealers, designed to seal a wide range of thermoplastic materials with precision and efficiency. These sealers handle various materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and even thicker options, although they are not suitable for sealing polyethylene. With the capacity to seal materials up to an impressive 18 inches in width and 20 mils in total thickness, our W-Series sealers boast a German-manufactured thermostat, ensuring precise temperature control from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C). The simultaneous heating of both jaws ensures excellent heat penetration, especially when sealing thicker materials. An adjustable work table enhances adaptability for various sealing projects, while the standard 26" pedestal stand provides a sturdy and ergonomic setup. Safety is paramount, and W-Series sealers come equipped with protector bars around the jaws for maximum protection. To operate, simply set the desired temperature based on your material's requirements, insert the material between the two sealing bars, and press down on the footboard to activate sealing. The features of the W-Series include ease of operation, PTFE coated jaws, and standing operation.
