The KF-Series direct heat sealers feature a light blue color and include a user-friendly temperature controller, designed for sealing most thermoplastic packaging materials, particularly effective with thicker materials such as coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, Mylar, and coated PP, while being incompatible with polyethylene. These sealers can handle materials up to 12" wide and 20 mil thick, with a meshed seal width of 10mm. The digital temperature controller allows for precise temperature adjustments ranging from 125°F to 600°F (50°C to 320°C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously, enhancing heat penetration for sealing thicker materials. Additionally, the units come with an adjustable work table to facilitate better positioning of the bag between the seal jaws, ensuring improved control during operation. The sealing process is straightforward: set the temperature based on the material, wait for the correct setting, insert the material between the sealing bars, and engage the foot pedal for sealing.
