The KF-Series foot sealers are designed for high volume sealing of poly bags and other thermoplastic materials, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These machines allow for hands-free operation, enhancing the speed and accuracy of the sealing process. Equipped with a plug-in electronic timer, the sealers provide variable control over sealing time, ensuring a consistently flat seal across different materials. The timer signals completion with a light that turns off when the seal is finished. Each sealer includes a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable measuring 12" x 6-1/2" that can be adjusted from 3-1/2" to 9" above the sealing base, and an adjustable foot control. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of two elements and one fuse. The all-metal construction provides durability, while features such as no warm-up time, stable rectangular base, and effective standing operation contribute to its efficiency. The machine has a seal length of 24" and a seal width of 5mm. Warranty coverage is provided for 6 months, excluding consumable parts.
