The AVP series heat sealers are designed for heavy-duty applications, featuring a streamlined design that eliminates visible controls to maximize the work surface for product sealing. These units include side-mounted heat and cool timers on a rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis, ensuring precise regulation of seal parameters for airtight and watertight seals. Operation is facilitated by a one-tap steel-encased footswitch that allows for hands-free functionality. Safety is prioritized, as the units will not initiate the impulse seal until both the upper and lower jaws are fully engaged, preserving seal integrity. The pressure bar is made of powder-coated aluminum, and an optional work tray is available for units measuring up to 35 inches, enhancing bag positioning and control. All impulse sealers in this series require an external air compressor with specifications of 6 CFM at 100 PSI. These units are clean-room compatible and come with a two-year warranty.
