The AVP series heat sealers are engineered for heavy-duty applications, featuring a streamlined design with no visible controls to maximize the work surface area for easy product handling prior to sealing. The units are equipped with side-mounted heat and cool timers that ensure precise regulation of seal parameters, critical for achieving airtight and watertight seals. A footswitch encased in steel allows for hands-free operation, enhancing productivity. These heat sealers have a safety mechanism that prevents the impulse sealer from activating until the upper and lower jaws are completely closed, ensuring both operator safety and seal integrity. The pressure bar is constructed from powder-coated aluminum, and an optional work tray is available for units up to 35 inches, which aids in positioning the bags between the seal jaws for improved control.
