The AVP series heat sealers are engineered for heavy-duty applications, boasting an intuitive design that prioritizes function over visible controls to provide an expansive work surface for sealing products. Essential features include side-mounted heat and cool timers that regulate critical seal parameters for achieving airtight and watertight seals, while the one-tap steel encased footswitch allows for hands-free operation. Like other models in the AV line, these units will not activate the impulse seal until the upper and lower jaws completely meet, ensuring operator safety and seal integrity. The pressure bar is constructed of powder-coated aluminum, and an optional work tray is available for units up to 35 inches to enhance bag positioning between seal jaws. All impulse sealers in this series require an external air compressor, specifically operating at 6CFM at 100PSI. The rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis makes these sealers clean-room compatible, and they are backed by a two-year warranty, reflecting their durability and reliability in demanding environments.
