The KF-Series direct heat sealers are designed for efficient sealing of thermoplastic packaging materials, especially suited for thicker materials such as coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, and coated polypropylene (PP), but not suitable for polyethylene. They feature a light blue color and are equipped with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 125°F to 600°F (50°C to 320°C). The seal length is 8" (200mm), with a meshed seal width of 10mm, allowing for materials up to 8" and 20 mil to be sealed. Both jaws heat simultaneously for better heat penetration, and an adjustable work table is included to facilitate the positioning of bags between the seal jaws for improved control. Operation is straightforward: set the temperature based on material type, wait for the correct setting, insert the material between the sealing bars, and activate the foot pedal for a consistent seal.
