The KF-Series foot sealers are designed for high volume poly bag and thermoplastic sealing, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute while allowing operators to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. These machines feature a plug-in timer that controls the sealing time for different materials, ensuring a consistently flat seal; when the seal is completed, the signal light on the timer turns off. Each unit includes a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable measuring 12" x 6-1/2" that can be adjusted from 3-1/2" to 9" from the sealing base, and an adjustable foot control. The manufacturer's replacement kit contains two elements and one fuse. The KF-Series sealers boast features such as all metal construction, no warm-up time, stability provided by a rectangular base, and a standing operation design. The specifications include a seal length of 12" and a seal width of 2.5mm. The product is backed by a 6-month warranty, excluding consumable parts.
