The W-Series direct heat sealers are engineered for sealing a variety of thermoplastic materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, and poly-nylon, with the exception of polyethylene, ensuring versatility in sealing applications. Capable of sealing materials up to 18 inches in width and 20 mils in thickness, these sealers incorporate a German-manufactured thermostat for precise temperature regulation from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C). They feature simultaneous heating of both jaws for optimal heat penetration, particularly beneficial for thicker materials. An adjustable work table enhances adaptability for diverse sealing projects, while the sturdy 26" pedestal stand provides ergonomic support. Safety measures include protector bars around the jaws for enhanced protection during operation. The sealers are designed for ease of use, allowing users to set the temperature based on material requirements, position the material between the sealing bars, and activate the seal by pressing down on the footboard. The W-Series sealers are equipped with PTFE coated jaws and facilitate standing operation, ensuring both simplicity and efficiency in the sealing process.
