The W-Series direct heat sealers are engineered for sealing a diverse range of thermoplastic materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, and poly-nylon, with a maximum sealing width of 18 inches and a total thickness of 20 mils. These sealers utilize a German-manufactured thermostat for precise temperature control ranging from 30° to 550° F (0° to 300° C), and feature simultaneous heating of both jaws for effective heat penetration, particularly in thicker materials. Designed for versatility, the sealers include an adjustable work table and a standard 26" pedestal stand for ergonomic operation. Safety features include protector bars around the jaws to maximize user protection. Operation is straightforward: set the desired temperature, insert the material between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard to activate sealing. These sealers also include PTFE coated jaws for enhanced performance and ease of cleaning.
