The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units offer versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. Each easy-to-order and pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The units feature uprights and beams made from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column that allow for shelf adjustments at 2-inch increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cathodic paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing advantages such as anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and enhanced durability against the wear and tear of warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, protecting against accidental beam displacement; the lock system is also damage and tamper-proof, preventing disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the accommodation of wire decking and other accessories. Assembly is straightforward, and the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
