The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for warehouses with diverse product types and come as a pre-configured unit that includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates provide easy anchoring. These add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, which offers anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and excellent durability against daily wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams include a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, protecting against accidental beam displacement, while the tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and various accessories. The product ensures easy assembly and is Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified, meeting industry standards for quality and safety.
