Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty boltless racking system designed for retail, commercial, or office storage needs, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots for securing double rivet beams, which are also 14-gauge and provide rigid assembly and added strength through a double rivet design. Each shelving level consists of two width beams and two depth beams, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without tools. The rivet rack shelving ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools; it is recommended to install the racks plumb and level, anchoring them using included foot plates and wedge anchors. This system is ideal for creating longer rows using add-on T-posts as intermediate uprights, while the angle posts of starter units are placed at the outermost corners for stability.
