The UCR/UCF-series undercounter units are available in four standard sizes with widths of 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), featuring an overall height of 34 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters (two with brakes). The cabinet construction includes stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, with galvanized steel used for the back and bottom. Interiors are designed to accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans, with optional pan slides available. The cabinets are insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges equipped with a 120° stay open feature. Each door features a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and includes a double pull-style handle made of black anodized aluminum. Standard features include two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section and an interior light with a manual switch for glass door models. The balanced refrigeration systems maintain high humidity storage temperatures of 35° to 38° for the refrigerator units, while the UCF67 undercounter freezer maintains products below zero and features time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting. The units utilize CFC-free R134A refrigerant in refrigerators and 404A in freezers to comply with environmental standards, and are wired at the factory for a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, including an 8' cord and plug set for easy connection.
