The UCR/UCF-series undercounter units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door). Each unit has an overall height of 34 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. The cabinet construction features durable stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, with the back and bottom made of galvanized steel. The interiors are suitable for accommodating sheet pans and hotel pans, with optional pan slides available. The cabinets are insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Each door is mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges equipped with a 120° stay-open feature, and features a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The double pull style door handle is constructed from black anodized aluminum. An 8' cord set is provided with the 115-volt models, and the cabinet's interior is standardly equipped with two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. Glass door models include an interior light with a manual switch. The refrigeration systems are balanced to maintain high humidity storage of products at a temperature range of 35° to 38°. The UCF67 undercounter freezer is designed to hold products below zero, featuring time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting. Refrigerants used in these units are CFC-free R134A for refrigerators and R404A for freezers, ensuring compliance with all environmental standards. Electrical units are wired at the factory and are ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
