The UCR/UCF-Series undercounter units come in four standard sizes: 46" with 1 door, 67" with 2 doors, 93" with 3 doors, and 119" with 4 doors. Each unit has an overall height of 34 1/2" and is installed on 6-inch casters (2 with brakes). The cabinet features stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, with galvanized steel used for the cabinet back and bottom. Interiors are designed to accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans, with optional pan slides available. Insulation is provided by 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane. The doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay open feature and are equipped with snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gaskets for a positive seal, complemented by a convenient double pull style door handle made of black anodized aluminum. Standard interior configuration includes 2 steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section, while glass door models come with an interior light featuring a manual switch. The balanced refrigeration systems maintain high humidity storage at temperatures between 35° to 38°. The UCF67 undercounter freezer maintains products below zero and is fitted with time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting. Refrigeration uses CFC-free R134A in refrigerators and R404A in freezers, ensuring compliance with all environmental standards. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and include an 8' long cord and plug set.
