The UCR-Series undercounter units are specifically designed for environments where space is limited and health inspection approval is essential, featuring compact, shallow-depth refrigerators and freezers. The single door refrigerator and matching freezer have dimensions of 20" wide by 21" deep, with an overall height of 31" when mounted on the supplied 6" legs. A two-door companion refrigerator measures 34" wide by 23" deep. These units are constructed with stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane for optimal energy conservation and structural integrity. The doors are mounted on heavy-duty self-closing cartridge-style hinges that allow for a 120° stay-open position and are equipped with a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. A double pull-style door handle made of black anodized aluminum adds convenience. Each cabinet interior features two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. The balanced refrigeration systems maintain refrigerator temperatures between 35° and 38°F, while the freezer model operates at zero degrees Fahrenheit and below. The units utilize R134A refrigerant in the refrigerators and R404A in the freezers, both being CFC-free and compliant with environmental standards. An interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils ensures ideal conditions for food preservation. The electrical units come wired from the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and include an 8' long cord and plug set.
