The UCR/UCF-series undercounter units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), with an overall height of 34 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters (two with brakes). The cabinet construction comprises stainless steel exteriors and anodized aluminum interiors, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interiors are designed to accommodate sheet pans and hotel pans, with optional pan slides available. Insulation is provided by 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane. The self-closing doors feature cartridge style hinges with a 120° stay-open feature and are equipped with snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gaskets for a positive seal. Each unit includes a convenient double pull style door handle made of black anodized aluminum, and standard 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. An 8' cord set is included with 115-volt models, and the cabinet interior is standard with two steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per section. Glass door models come with an interior light and manual switch. The balanced refrigeration systems maintain high humidity storage of products at temperatures ranging from 35° to 38°. The undercounter freezer model UCF67 operates below zero, featuring time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting. Refrigerants used are CFC-free R134A in refrigerators and 404A in freezers, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. The electrical units are factory wired and ready for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
