The fan forced washdown unit heaters are 7500 watt heaters operating at 480V and are specifically designed for use in dirty, dusty environments that require equipment washing or hosing. These heavy-duty washdown electric unit heaters are corrosion resistant, totally enclosed, and water-tight, making them ideal for industrial heating applications. Constructed with a 304 grade, 16 gauge stainless steel shroud and stainless steel finned tubular element, they feature a totally enclosed motor with automatic reset thermal cutout, ensuring reliability and safety. The rotating front grill directs airflow effectively, while built-in controls and safety temperature controls are wired in a non-metallic NEMA 4X control panel that includes single-point power connections. Additional features comprise a 24V control, a 3-position switch, a pilot light, and a capillary style thermostat, all of which contribute to ease of installation and service. The disconnect switch also includes an enclosure door interlock, and the minimum mounting height is set at 7 feet. The unit is ABS type approved, ETL listed, and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
