The CSV-107 is a remote two-hand anti-tiedown control designed to enhance the safety of machinery operation, particularly for air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, or light assembly equipment. This unit actuates 3 or 4-way air piloted, spring return power valves, or can directly power smaller single-acting cylinders. The system ensures that a signal is only initiated through concurrent actuation from two remote inputs; releasing one or both buttons will immediately stop the signal, with the unit requiring simultaneous actuation of both signals to recycle. The CSV-107 features a push-to-connect fitting and can be purchased separately or as part of a package with low stress signal valves, specifically models CSV-107LS1 or CSV-107LS2. The specifications also include a CV rating of 0.11.
