For safer operation of your machinery, CSVS are two-hand anti-tiedown controls designed to enhance safety when operating air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, or light assembly equipment. The CSV-101W features compact and completely self-contained controls, recessed actuation buttons located at each end, and a universal mount for convenient positioning. This model's concurrent actuation of the recessed buttons generates a signal, and releasing one or both buttons immediately stops the signal, which cannot be reinstated until both buttons are actuated concurrently. The kit includes push-to-connect fittings and is capable of actuating any 3 or 4-way air piloted, spring return power valve or small single-acting cylinders, with a CV rating of 0.11. The CSV-101W is specifically designed for use in a wash-down environment, providing the same pilot and power functionality as the CSV-101, with logic circuitry housed in a fiberglass industrial control panel enclosure that offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
