The Dyla-Trol flow control valve features a unique construction that ensures a perfectly tapering flow through its iris type orifice mechanism, producing an unprecedented smoothness with a consistent 360-degree laminar flow regardless of the setting, unlike traditional needle-type flow controls that generate turbulence. Each free flow model is equipped with a fast-acting check mechanism that responds to minor pressure changes, guaranteeing quick resetting and reliable repeatability with each cycle. The Dyla-Trol valves, particularly the MF2-25, allow for precise-metering flow control, enabling fine-tuning of cylinder speeds, and are suitable for controlling air or oil flow.
